Cars & Coffee '17 - Back on the menu
Our latest open day will be remembered for numerous reasons, not least due to doubling our previous events attendance and grid-locking the entire estate with hundred's of Fiesta, Focus, Mustang and a light sprinkling of old school Ford's, too.
As well as being a great opportunity to throw open our workshop doors and meet up with like-minded enthusiasts and customers, this years' event was extra special to the team as we were officially unveiling our new showroom and customer waiting area (the #mountunehub).
"Cheers for a great day and all the help!" - Lewis Pile
From concept to reality, the whole look and feel, through to the finishing touches were all created at the hands of the mountune team and judging by the feedback received on the day and since Cars & Coffee, it seems our objective of creating a performance nirvana has been achieved.
As well as being able to grab an on-the-day bargain on existing products, the event is always a great platform to showcase what's new... an MR410 big-turbo Mk3 Focus ST, Mk7 Fiesta ST BBK and a host of new performance add-ons for big power Mk3 Focus RS owners, to name but a few.
"Thanks for a great day! More money spent." - Tina Fitch
If you weren't able to join us on the day and see our latest product showcase for yourself, worry not as you'll be able to purchase a selection from www.mountunestore.com next week, stay tuned!
As well as our newly showcased MR410 Focus ST, those that attended also got a glimpse of our Mk3 Focus RS M380, Mustang RTR M335, Fiesta ST MR265 and then there was a somewhat unmissable Team Shredded Wheat Racing BTCC Focus, powered by a mountune Racing 2-litre EcoBoost!
"Definitely have to do this again next year" - Alex Yeo
We also enlisted two of our vehicle techs to provide installation options for customers purchasing products on the day; short shifts and induction hoses proved popular and it's fair to say they were kept rather busy!
Still feel like you missed out on being here? Don't panic, Editor of FastFord Magazine, Jamie King also joined us on the day and will be publishing a full feature in a forthcoming issue of the mag, so be sure to pick up a copy.
"Great day today guys and thanks for fitting my mk3 frs short shift." - JoeKayleigh Cooper
The whole team were blown away at the sheer number of cars and people that attended the 2017 event. It's grown into a bit of a monster!
To everyone that dragged themselves out of bed early on a Sunday to visit us and to those we spoke to that had driven from Cornwall, Scotland and everywhere in between, we sincerely thank you for your support!
see you next time!
